WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join a major transformation initiative and take ownership of the ServiceNow platform architecture.

Main tasks:
Define and govern the ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
Align platform architecture with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
Drive the platform roadmap and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Establish architecture standards, governance practices, and design review processes.
Lead solution design across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, and HRSD.
Own the CMDB and CSDM strategy, ensuring data quality and platform consistency.
Act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Collaborate with Platform Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and key stakeholders to support strategic platform development.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
7+ years of experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow architecture.
7+ years of experience working in compliance, audit, or regulated environments.
Deep ServiceNow Solution Architecture and Platform Architecture experience, with strong enterprise-level experience across ITSM, CSM and IRM
Experience in at least two of: ITSM, CSM, IRM - MUST HAVE
Strong Design Authority / Governance experience
Platform-wide thinking (not only module/project implementation experience)
Strong stakeholder management and solution design capability with proven technical leadership of engineers and technical leads
Experienced in architectural decision-making across quality, risk, time and cost
Willingness and capability to act as a long-term platform owner, not only an implementation architect
Professional proficiency in English; German proficiency is preferred.
