WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?
We are looking for a Senior Data & AI Platform Engineer to join a cross-functional team delivering enterprise-scale data and AI solutions. This role combines cloud migration, data platform engineering, security, and AI development.

Main tasks:
Design, develop, test, and deliver production-ready AI and NLP solutions
Integrate AI-driven capabilities with existing tools, platforms, and infrastructure
Build and optimize data processing frameworks, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytical platforms
Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and Engineers to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth delivery
Support cloud and on-premise integration and migration initiatives
Ensure solutions align with corporate security, governance, and compliance standards
Contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, and operational excellence practices
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies as a member of a cross-functional squad
Requirements:
6+ years of professional experience in software, data, or platform engineering
Proven experience delivering hybrid-cloud or cloud migration projects
Strong understanding of Data Lake and Data Warehouse architectures
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development using Spark, dbt, or similar technologies
Experience working with Delta Lake, Parquet, and modern data storage solutions
Knowledge of metadata management and catalog platforms such as DataHub or Amundsen
Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including data cleaning, normalization, and transformation
Familiarity with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar
Understanding of networking concepts, including VXLAN and MPLS
Knowledge of Zero-Trust security principles
Experience with secrets management and identity solutions, including Vault, Azure AD, and SAML
Hands-on experience with GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, or similar CI/CD tools
Familiarity with code quality and security testing tools such as SonarQube and OWASP ZAP
Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, and EBA guidelines
Good English, at least B2/B2+
