WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?
We are looking for a Principal AI Platform Engineer to lead the technical implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions within an established technology ecosystem.

Main tasks:
Drive the technical implementation of AI solutions within the existing enterprise ecosystem
Translate high-level designs into implementable technical components and architectures
Design, develop, and integrate production-grade GenAI and agentic capabilities
Build scalable and reliable services using modern software engineering practices
Collaborate with Solution Designers, Tech Leads, and Engineers to resolve technical challenges and accelerate delivery
Ensure compliance with corporate engineering standards, toolchains, testing frameworks, and CI/CD processes
Support other engineers by removing technical blockers and promoting best practices
Contribute to MLOps, deployment automation, monitoring, and operational readiness
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and technical decision-making
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in software, platform, or AI engineering
Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions
Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, MCP, and API management platforms (e.g., Apigee)
Production-focused mindset with DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD, and testing experience
Familiarity with MLflow, Seldon, KFServing, and AI observability tools such as Arize
Experience with cloud migration and hybrid on-prem/cloud environments
Understanding of networking and security concepts, including VXLAN, MPLS, and Zero-Trust
Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses using technologies such as Spark, dbt, Delta Lake, and Parquet
Familiarity with metadata catalog solutions such as DataHub or Amundsen
Hands-on experience with NLP, including data preparation, normalization, and transformation
Knowledge of ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar
Experience with IAM and secrets management solutions, including Azure AD, SAML, and Vault
Familiarity with GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, SonarQube, and OWASP ZAP
Understanding of security and compliance standards, including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, and EBA guidelines
Good English, at least B2/B2+
