About Position:
We are seeking a talented C++ Software Engineer with strong expertise in Modern C++, Windows Application Development, and Multithreaded Programming. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance Windows-based applications while ensuring software quality, scalability, and reliability. This role requires hands-on experience with Modern C++, Object-Oriented Programming, system-level development, multithreading, memory management, and Windows APIs. The successful candidate will collaborate with architects, QA engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust enterprise and product-based software solutions.

What You'll Do:
Design, develop, test, and maintain Windows-based applications using Modern C++ and C/C++ technologies.
Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to develop efficient software solutions.
Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.
Build robust multi-threaded and event-driven applications.
Work with Windows APIs, DLLs, and system-level programming components.
Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and system reliability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root cause analysis for development and production issues.
Implement secure coding practices and ensure software quality standards are met.
Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
Collaborate with QA teams to support testing and defect resolution activities.
Work closely with business analysts, architects, and support teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Support application deployments, upgrades, maintenance activities, and production releases.
Create and maintain technical documentation, design documents, and development artifacts.
Contribute to CI/CD initiatives and software delivery automation.
Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities when required.
Expertise You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in C++ and C/C++ Windows Application Development.
Strong proficiency in Modern C++ programming concepts and software engineering principles.
Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.
Strong expertise in pointers, memory management, and resource optimization techniques.
Hands-on experience with Windows APIs, DLL development, and system-level programming.
Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, synchronization mechanisms, and parallel processing.
Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing Windows applications.
Proficiency with Visual Studio IDE and Windows development tools.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture concepts.
Experience with source control systems such as Git, SVN, or Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with MFC, Win32, ATL, or related Windows frameworks.
Understanding of secure coding practices and software security principles.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated build processes.
Basic understanding of networking concepts, communication protocols, and socket programming is desirable.
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and software quality engineering practices.
Experience working within Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
Experience in enterprise software development or product engineering environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
