Role & responsibilities:
● Identify and close new kitchen locations through brokers/landlords
● Conduct market surveys and negotiate commercial terms (rent, deposit, CAM, etc.)
● Manage lease agreements, registrations, and site handovers
● Coordinate with internal teams for timely store launches
● Oversee facility management, utilities, and vendor operations
● Ensure compliance (FSSAI, fire NOC, licenses, etc.) and renewals
● Handle admin operations, cost control, and issue resolution
● Maintain MIS, rent trackers, invoices, and payment processes
Requirements:
● 5+ years in BD/Admin/Expansion (Cloud Kitchen/QSR/Retail preferred)
● Strong negotiation, vendor management, and multitasking skills
● Good understanding of commercial leasing and operations
● Proficient in Excel and reporting
