You'll own your brand's strategy, growth, customer love, innovation, and business performance. You'll think like an entrepreneur, move with speed, and make decisions that shape how millions of consumers experience your brand every day.
You won't just market a brand- you'll build, scale, and reinvent brands across categories, consumer occasions, and geographies within one of the world's most exciting food-tech companies.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap and P&L for your brand, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Drive high-impact campaigns and initiatives that strengthen awareness, consideration, and customer love.
Partner closely with Product, Operations, Growth, Insights, Creative, Supply Chain, Tech, and Agency teams to launch products and campaigns rooted in consumer insights.
Continuously monitor brand health, customer feedback, market trends, and business performance to identify opportunities and course-correct when required.
Work closely with the Social Media and Content teams to create culturally relevant, engaging, and high-performing content.
Balance long-term brand building with short-term business outcomes, making decisions backed by both data and consumer understanding.
Champion the voice of the consumer across the organisation and influence cross-functional priorities.

Experience
3–7 years of relevant experience in Brand Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Category Management, Strategy, or Consulting.
Strong academic pedigree from a Tier-I institution preferred.
Experience in FMCG, Consumer Internet, QSR, D2C, Retail, or high-growth startups is a plus.
