Manager, Talent Acquisition

This role leads talent acquisition activities while helping build and scale a high-performing recruiting organization.
You will combine hands-on recruiting with people leadership, serving as both a strategic advisor and an active recruiter.
The position partners closely with business leaders, hiring managers, HR, and finance to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
You will guide the full recruitment lifecycle while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring quality.
The role includes coaching junior recruiting professionals, improving processes, and using talent acquisition metrics to drive team performance.
You will operate in a fast-paced technology environment where organization, communication, urgency, and sound judgment are essential.
