Job Description
As a founding engineer at Seeft, you will bridge the gap between core product development and client-facing deployment. You’ll build data ingestion pipelines and AI agent dashboards while working directly with retail and manufacturing leaders. This hybrid role empowers you to architect a platform that transforms messy real-world data into automated, margin-saving actions.

What You Will Do
Develop robust data connectors and ingestion pipelines to integrate messy client systems of record into Seeft’s AI environment.
Build complex, data-heavy interfaces including process maps and agent dashboards that make AI-driven workflows intuitive for non-technical stakeholders.
Architect the task-routing logic between various AI models to ensure the most efficient and accurate execution of supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate
Proven track record of deploying AI into production workflows, demonstrating more than just prototype experience in solving real-world business problems.
Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL with deep expertise in data modeling; familiarity with React and TypeScript is a strong advantage.
Exceptional communicator fluent in English, comfortable pivoting between heads-down engineering and client-facing delivery to scope vague problems into shippable solutions.
