Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
• Manage SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Write, edit, format, and publish blogs and marketing content.
• Support basic SEO activities including keyword research, on-page SEO, metadata, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Coordinate with sales, design, technology, partnerships, and other internal teams.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and deadlines.
• Follow up with team members to ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed on time.
• Review campaign performance including email opens, clicks, conversions, website traffic, and lead activity.
• Prepare basic marketing reports and performance summaries.
• Assist with social media, landing pages, newsletters, and other marketing initiatives when required.
• Research competitors, industry trends, keywords, and content opportunities.
• Maintain organized marketing files, databases, and campaign documentation.
