Documentation Specialist

This fully remote role supports medical review operations by coordinating documentation related to positive drug-testing results.
You will communicate with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, physicians, and other authorized sources to obtain and verify relevant information.
The position plays an important role in helping medical review teams reach accurate and timely determinations.
You will manage documentation queues, investigate discrepancies, and ensure records are complete and properly entered into internal systems.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, and professional communication.
You will work independently after training while collaborating closely with internal teams and escalating issues when needed.
