Architect / BIM Specialist – Revit | Spain

WOLFBLANC ARCHITECTS is expanding its team and network of architects and BIM professionals based in Spain for current and upcoming projects across Europe.
We are interested in connecting with architects with strong Autodesk Revit skills and experience working in coordinated BIM environments.
Our work includes residential, hospitality, branded residences, refurbishment and interior architecture projects.
Profile
Architect or architectural professional based in Spain.
Strong professional experience with Autodesk Revit.
Experience developing architectural and/or interior models through Detailed Design.
Good understanding of construction detailing and technical documentation.
Confident working with linked models, families, worksets, schedules and coordinated BIM files.
Ability to work independently and within an international multidisciplinary team.
Professional working English.
Valued experience
Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.
Multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
Residential, hospitality, branded residences or high-end interior projects.
ISO 19650 workflows.
Navisworks.
Spanish professional environment and building documentation.
Typical responsibilities
Revit modelling and model development.
Production of plans, sections, elevations and schedules.
Coordination with architectural, structural and MEP information.
Model QA and resolution of coordination issues.
Preparation of project documentation and BIM deliverables.
Location
Spain. Remote work possible depending on the profile and project needs.
Collaboration
Opportunities may include project-based collaboration or longer-term involvement with WOLFBLANC ARCHITECTS.
