Business Development Manager - Data Center

This role drives new business development and strategic growth across the North American data center and critical power market.
You will identify and qualify prospective customers, build strong executive relationships, and develop opportunities from initial engagement through contract negotiation and close.
The position combines market intelligence, account strategy, pipeline development, and consultative solution selling across complex customer environments.
You will work closely with regional leaders, business development teams, account managers, and delivery organizations to align customer needs with technical and commercial capabilities.
Success requires a strong understanding of data center infrastructure, customer strategies, financial performance, and evolving market and technology needs.
You will have significant ownership of your pipeline, bookings targets, account plans, proposals, and business development initiatives.
