This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Sales Enablement based in United States.
This role is a hands-on sales enablement leadership position focused on measurable revenue outcomes rather than training volume. You will partner closely with go-to-market and sales leadership to accelerate rep ramp, improve win rates, and strengthen sales execution. You will own onboarding and certification programs grounded in live customer interactions, call reviews, demos, and evaluated practice. AI will be central to the role, helping scale coaching, personalize content, identify deal risks, and improve rep productivity across a 30+ person sales organization. You will also drive product and competitive fluency, ensuring reps can confidently position the full product suite and navigate competitive conversations. Working across Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, and other stakeholders, you will help create a consistent, data-driven enablement environment where every initiative is tied to a clear sales outcome.
