Senior Interior Designer (upto 6 LPA)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru North, with compensation up to 6 LPA. The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development and space planning to detailed drawings and final execution. Responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, developing design proposals and mood boards, selecting materials and FF&E, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely, quality delivery. The role involves preparing construction and presentation drawings, supervising site work, resolving design and execution issues, and maintaining alignment with budget and project timelines. The Senior Interior Designer will also mentor junior team members, uphold brand design standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to develop functional, aesthetically aligned layouts and concepts.
Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate design concepts into accurate technical documentation.
Proficiency in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, including materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet design and budget requirements.
Professional experience (typically 4–7 years) in residential or commercial interior design, with a portfolio demonstrating completed projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and supervise on-site execution in Bengaluru North.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar visualization tools).
Strong client communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand and interpret client needs.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized institution.
