She Starts is looking for a Data Analyst Trainer to deliver structured and practical online training in data analytics. The selected candidate will be responsible for helping learners understand data analysis concepts, tools and techniques through clear explanations, practical examples and hands-on activities.
This is a part-time remote opportunity suited to someone with practical knowledge of data analytics and an interest in teaching and mentoring learners. The trainer will be expected to simplify technical concepts, support learners with practical exercises and help them develop an understanding of how data analysis is applied in real-world scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured online training sessions covering relevant data analytics concepts and tools.
Explain data analysis concepts clearly using practical examples and real-world scenarios.
Guide learners through practical exercises, assignments and data analysis activities.
Demonstrate appropriate techniques for collecting, cleaning, organising and analysing data.
Train learners on relevant data analytics tools and software based on the assigned curriculum.
Explain data visualisation concepts and guide learners in presenting insights effectively.
Support learners in understanding analytical problems and developing structured solutions.
Review assignments or practical work and provide constructive feedback.
Address learner questions and clarify technical concepts during and after sessions where appropriate.
Coordinate with the relevant team regarding session planning, learner progress and training requirements.
Skills and Requirements
Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and processes.
Practical knowledge of commonly used data analytics tools and technologies.
Ability to explain technical and analytical concepts in a simple, structured manner.
Understanding of data cleaning, analysis, visualisation and interpretation.

What You Will Be Doing
As a part-time Data Analyst Trainer, you will conduct scheduled online sessions and guide learners through the fundamentals and practical aspects of data analytics. You will be expected to prepare for assigned sessions, demonstrate relevant tools and techniques, conduct practical activities and support learners in applying concepts to data-related problems.
The role involves regular learner interaction, answering questions, reviewing practical work and providing constructive guidance. You should be comfortable working with digital learning tools and creating a structured and engaging online learning environment.
Compensation Salary: ₹ 7,000 per month
