Finance Shared Services Lead

Finance Shared Services Lead will be responsible for designing, transitioning, and managing the Finance Shared Services/GBS operating model. The role focuses on service delivery, governance, SLA management, operational controls, and ensuring efficient delivery of centralized Finance & Accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement the Finance Shared Services operating model, including service catalogue, SLAs, governance, and escalation framework.
Lead the transition of finance processes into the shared service center through a phased rollout.
Manage day-to-day shared services operations, ensuring SLA and KPI achievement.
Establish and maintain SOPs, RACI, internal controls, and compliance standards.
Partner with Finance, HR, and external service providers to manage workforce transition, governance, and service delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Skills Required
8–12+ years of experience in Finance Shared Services, GBS, Finance Operations, or Finance Transformation.
Proven experience setting up or managing Shared Service Centers (SSC), GCC, or BPO operations.
Strong knowledge of service delivery, SLA/KPI management, finance controls, and governance.
Experience leading finance transition and transformation projects.
Excellent stakeholder management, change management, and leadership skills.
CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
