Role Overview
As a Financial Analyst (Fresher) at Zentegra, you will support finance consultants and advisory teams in managing financial data, preparing reports and supporting accounting and compliance activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to real client financial operations and advisory engagements.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Data Analysis & Reporting
● Assist in analyzing financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
● Support preparation of MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial summaries
● Help track key financial metrics and performance indicators
Accounting & Finance Operations Support
● Support accounting processes such as expense tracking, vendor bills, invoices, and reconciliations
● Assist in bank and ledger reconciliations
● Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
Compliance & Documentation
● Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation
● Support compliance-related activities such as GST, statutory filings, and audit preparation
● Help organize financial data for internal reviews and client reporting
System & Tool Support
● Work with accounting and finance systems such as Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools
● Assist in data migration, validation, and system configuration support
● Support basic financial data checks and accuracy validations
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
● Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts
● Good analytical and numerical skills
● Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables – basic to intermediate)
● Good attention to detail and data accuracy
● Willingness to learn finance systems and advisory practices
Preferred (Good to Have)
● Knowledge of accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
● Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis through internships or academic projects
● Basic understanding of GST or Indian statutory compliance
Career Growth Path
● Internship (3 Months): Exposure to accounting, reporting, and finance operations
● Probation: Independent handling of reporting and finance support activities
● Permanent Role: Financial advisory, budgeting, forecasting, and client ownership
Compensation Structure
● Internship Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
● Probation Salary: ₹16,000 per month
● Permanent Salary: ₹25,000 in-hand per month
Service Commitment Policy
● An 18-month service commitment will apply starting from the probation period start date.
