About Position:
We are looking for a Java Kafka Architect with 10-12 years of experience to lead the design and delivery of scalable, event-driven enterprise applications. The role requires strong architectural expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Apache Kafka, Apache Camel, REST APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native application design. The candidate will work closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and solution architects to define technical strategy, drive design decisions, and ensure reliable, high-performance delivery.

What You'll Do:
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, and Apache Camel
Design scalable event-driven architectures using Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets, consumer groups, and streaming patterns
Define integration architecture using Apache Camel, REST APIs, messaging frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns
Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide solution design, code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
Review architecture, design documents, code, and deployment approaches to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
Drive performance tuning, troubleshooting, resiliency planning, observability, and production stability for high-volume distributed systems
Support CI/CD, DevOps practices, cloud deployment, monitoring, and automation across development and production environments
Mentor team members on architecture principles, clean coding, design patterns, reusable components, and agile engineering practices
Expertise You'll Bring:
Strong expertise in Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and enterprise application design
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka including producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets, consumer groups, schema management, and event-driven design
Strong working experience with Apache Camel and enterprise integration patterns for routing, transformation, orchestration, and system integration
Experience in designing REST APIs, asynchronous messaging frameworks, distributed systems, and scalable backend services
Good understanding of architecture principles, design patterns, domain-driven design, data structures, and coding best practices
Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
Experience with Maven, Gradle, JUnit, Mockito, Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Ability to analyze complex technical issues, tune application performance, define best practices, and guide teams on production-grade implementation
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills with the ability to work with distributed teams
