About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years specifically focused on GenAI and LLM-based solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in developing and maintaining enterprise-grade AI solutions, with a focus on multi-agent orchestration and advanced AI/ML algorithms.

What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain prompt libraries, system prompts, reusable templates, evaluation prompts, and domain-specific instructions.
Implement and manage multi-agent orchestration using LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, and other leading models.
Utilize agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Crew to build intelligent AI workflows.
Develop scalable enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and business processes.
Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI model performance and user experience.
Contribute to AI observability, evaluation, and governance practices.
Support prompt engineering, fine-tuning strategies, and model optimization initiatives.
Create and maintain technical documentation for AI implementations and workflows.
Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks.
