Job Summary:
We are looking for a Costing & Budgeting Manager to manage project cost estimation, budgeting and cost control for plotted real estate projects. The role will work closely with Projects, Procurement, Design, Finance and Management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare project cost estimates and detailed budgets for plotted development projects.
Prepare and review BOQs, rate analysis and quantity estimates.
Develop budgets for roads, drainage, water supply, electrical, landscaping, boundary walls and other infrastructure works.
Monitor actual project expenses against approved budgets.
Identify cost variations, overruns and savings and report them to management.
Review contractor/vendor quotations and support rate negotiations.
Assist Procurement and Projects teams in evaluating commercial proposals.
Prepare cost comparison statements and budget reports.
Track project-wise CAPEX and development costs.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, procurement and finance teams.
Maintain cost records and prepare monthly MIS/reports for management.
Support project feasibility and preliminary costing for new plotted developments.

Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering preferred. MBA/PG Diploma in Finance, Costing or Project Management would be an advantage.
Preferred Background:
Candidates from real estate developers, plotted township projects, infrastructure companies or EPC companies with experience in project costing and budgeting.
