About the Role :
We're looking for an IoT Product Manager to own end-to-end telematics and EV product development — from
hardware/OEM integration through SaaS dashboard delivery and fleet operations support. You'll bridge engineering,
vendors, and cross-functional teams to bring connected-vehicle and fleet-monitoring solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities :
● Manage IoT/telematics product lifecycle — client onboarding, hardware OEM integration, dashboard and
SaaS product development
● Own EV telematics integration including BMS data, battery monitoring, and vehicle-battery-IoT system
coordination
● Define QC benchmarks, SOPs, and documentation standards for hardware and software products
● Evaluate and onboard new vendors/suppliers; drive product improvements based on field/ops feedback
● Coordinate with engineering, data/analytics, and fleet operations teams on dashboard and data platform
enhancements
● Manage procurement and commercial agreements with IoT hardware partners
● Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., AIS-140) and manage certification/testing processes with test agencies (iCAT, RITES, etc.) where applicable
Requirements :
● B.Tech in Electronics/Communications or related field; MBA (Operations) preferred
● Prior experience in vehicle telematics, GPS/fleet tracking, or IoT hardware products
● Hands-on exposure to CAN, OBD, BMS, and vehicle data protocols (e.g., SAE J1939)
● Experience with product certification/compliance (AIS-140 or equivalent) is a plus
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and telematics data integration
● Strong vendor/OEM coordination and presales/technical consulting exposure
● Excellent cross-functional coordination and documentation skills
