What we are looking for
Must Have
Strong experience designing end-to-end IT automation architecture across IT Operations, Service Desk, and EUC, aligned with measurable business outcomes.
Deep ServiceNow ITSM expertise, including workflow design, integrations, incident lifecycle automation, and governance.
Hands-on architecture experience with Ansible or an equivalent orchestration platform, including reusable runbooks and secure execution patterns.
Strong understanding of Nexthink, Digital Employee Experience, endpoint telemetry, experience rules, and remote-action-led remediation.
Ability to design AI-driven Service Desk workflows using AuRA Chatbot or equivalent conversational AI platforms.
Proven capability to create HLDs, LLDs, integration designs, security considerations, standards, and reusable automation assets.
Minimum Qualification:
15 years of full-time education
