We are looking for a hands-on IT Head to take complete ownership of our IT infrastructure and technology operations at our Chennai office.

Roles & Responsibilities :-
This is not a role where you simply coordinate with vendors or raise support tickets. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, troubleshoot, manage vendors and make sure our entire IT environment runs smoothly and securely.
What you will be responsible for:
• Servers, networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls and internet infrastructure
• RDP, VPN and remote access
• Microsoft 365 / email administration
• IT hardware, systems and software
• Backup & disaster recovery
• UPS and IT-related power infrastructure
• CCTV and biometric/access-control systems
• Endpoint security, antivirus and patch management
• IT asset management
• Domains, hosting, web portals and related technology
• User access management and employee onboarding/offboarding
• IT vendors, AMC and service-provider management
• IT policies, SOPs and documentation
• Information security and compliance requirements
• Support for HIPAA / ISO-related IT controls and audits
• IT procurement and budgeting
• Troubleshooting and day-to-day employee IT support
• Overall IT security, business continuity and technology operations
What we're looking for:
Someone with strong hands-on experience in managing the complete IT environment of a growing organization, preferably in an IT/ITES, healthcare, BPO or similar environment.
You should be comfortable getting your hands dirty when required, while also being able to build processes, documentation and a secure IT environment.
