🚨 We’re Hiring | MIS & Reporting Executive | Chennai
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS professional to join our team in Chennai.
The person will be responsible for managing our operational and management reporting, ensuring that data is accurate, timely and presented in a way that helps the leadership team make better decisions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is very comfortable with Excel, data, reporting and numbers and enjoys finding insights within operational data.
📊 Key Responsibilities
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
• Collect, consolidate and validate data from multiple teams/sources
• Maintain operational dashboards and performance trackers
• Track productivity, quality, attendance, utilization and other operational KPIs
• Prepare management reports for leadership review
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with respective teams for corrections
• Analyze trends and highlight key variances
• Maintain automated/manual reporting templates
• Develop Excel dashboards and management presentations
• Support Operations, HR, Finance and Management with ad-hoc reports and analysis
• Maintain reporting databases and ensure data integrity
• Track client/project-level performance metrics
• Prepare monthly performance summaries and presentations
• Continuously improve and automate existing reporting processes
💻 What we're looking for
• 2–5 years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Data Analysis
• Excellent MS Excel skills — Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, conditional formatting, charts, etc.
• Experience with Power BI will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines
• Experience in BPO / Healthcare / RCM / ITES will be an added advantage
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who doesn't just prepare a report and send it.
We want someone who looks at the numbers and asks:
“What is this telling us?”
