WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR CREATIVE VISUALIZER & GRAPHIC DESIGNER
📍 Location: Adalaj, Ahmedabad | Full-Time
We’re looking for a highly creative, visually driven designer to join our team and help shape the visual identity of ILEM Japan across digital, social, web and video.
If you can turn a creative idea into a compelling visual story — from a social media post to a campaign film, website experience or motion graphic — we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
🎯 Creative & Visual Design
Develop high-quality creative concepts and visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, emailers, advertising and brand communication.
🎬 Motion Graphics & Video
Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels and video edits using After Effects and other relevant tools.
💻 UI/UX & Web Design
Design intuitive and visually engaging website and mobile interfaces using Figma, working closely with developers to bring designs to life.
🖌️ Graphic Design
Create compelling static and dynamic designs using Photoshop & Illustrator, while maintaining strong typography, composition, colour and brand consistency.
✨ Creative Conceptualization
Translate marketing briefs, product stories and consumer insights into fresh, impactful visual ideas that stand out in the digital environment.
🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Product, Content and Development teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with business and brand objectives.
📌 Project Ownership
Take ownership of projects from concept → design → execution → final delivery, while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
📈 Stay Ahead of Trends
Keep up with emerging design trends, social formats, motion design, AI/creative tools and digital best practices.
👥 Mentorship & Creative Leadership
Guide junior designers and help maintain a consistently high creative standard across all brand touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 5-6 years of relevant design experience
✅ Strong portfolio across Graphic Design, Social Media, Digital & Brand Communication
✅ Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator & After Effects
✅ Strong Motion Graphics & Video Editing skills
✅ Proficiency in Figma & UI/UX design
✅ Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition and visual storytelling
✅ Ability to develop concepts, not just execute briefs
✅ Strong understanding of digital and social media design formats
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good to have:
➕ Premiere Pro
➕ Basic HTML/CSS understanding
➕ 3D / Cinema 4D or similar tools
➕ Experience with AI-powered creative/design tools
Most Important
We’re looking for someone who is more than a graphic designer — someone with a strong creative eye, visual storytelling ability and the curiosity to experiment with new formats and technologies.
