About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Specialist to support data-driven decision-making through reporting, data analysis, business insights, and performance measurement.
The successful candidate will work with business and technical teams to transform complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations
Gather, clean, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports
Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements
Work with stakeholders to communicate analytical findings clearly
Support forecasting, business planning, and data-driven decision-making
Maintain accurate documentation of reports, datasets, and analytical processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
Relevant professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with SQL and data analysis tools
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data visualisation
Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
