Job Description
Estamos llevando adelante la búsqueda de un/a Functional Consultant – Veeva QMS para sumarse a un proyecto global dentro de la industria de Life Sciences.
Requisitos técnicos (mandatorios)
Experiencia trabajando con Veeva QMS como Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Application Consultant, System Administrator o Product Owner.
Sólido conocimiento de procesos de Quality Management (CAPA, Deviations, Change Control, Complaints y Audits).
Experiencia en la industria farmacéutica, biotecnológica, medical devices o Life Sciences.
Experiencia gestionando requerimientos, mejoras evolutivas y soporte de aplicaciones.
Capacidad para analizar incidentes, realizar root cause analysis y coordinar resoluciones entre equipos funcionales y técnicos.
Experiencia elaborando documentación funcional, requerimientos, casos de prueba y documentación de releases.
Conocimiento de workflows, integraciones y flujos de datos empresariales.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.
Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
Será un plus contar con experiencia en:
Veeva Vault y configuración de QMS.
Integraciones entre Veeva Vault y SAP.
Entornos regulados GxP y Computer System Validation (CSV).
Ejecución o liderazgo de UAT.
Metodologías Agile.
