We're hiring trainee developers into a structured 8-week Training-cum-Employment Program — with a conditional offer of employment issued on Day 1. Selection based on Interviews Only.
Appin Technology Coimbatore is building out our Custom built AI CRM and looking for motivated freshers who want real, hands-on experience on a live product — not just theory.
How the program works:
📌 Day 1: You receive a conditional offer letter, subject to completing interview and joining process
📌 Weeks 1–8: Structured, mentor-led training — you build real modules of our CRM
📌 Month 3 onward: Move into paid employment on successful completion of assessments

✅ RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) & LLM integration
✅ Python, ML & data analytics applied to real CRM data
