Chief Information Technology Officer

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Information Technology Officer at SAC BRENNUS. The CITO will lead the overall information technology vision, strategy, and execution across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals. Daily responsibilities include overseeing IT operations, managing technology budgets and vendors, and driving modernization of systems, infrastructure, and applications. The role involves establishing and maintaining robust cybersecurity programs, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The CITO will collaborate with executive leadership, guide cross-functional technology initiatives, and mentor IT teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions that support growth and innovation.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Technology, with experience overseeing diverse technology environments and enterprise systems.
Demonstrated expertise in IT Management and IT Operations, including team leadership, resource planning, and service delivery.
Proven experience in IT Strategy, with the ability to translate business objectives into long-term technology roadmaps.
Solid background in Cybersecurity, including risk management, incident response, and implementation of security best practices.
Experience working in remote, distributed teams and leading technology initiatives across multiple locations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence at executive and board levels.
Track record of managing complex projects and change initiatives, including digital transformation and cloud adoption.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP) are beneficial.
