Job Title: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant
Location: Remote (USA)
Overview:
Seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with deep expertise in US Payroll and Time Management to handle end-to-end configuration, customization, and ongoing production support.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and support core SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Benefits, US Payroll, and Time Management.
Build and modify Payroll Schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) to handle complex calculation requirements.
Manage Time Evaluation, shift scheduling, time recording rules, and integrations with third-party HR systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll, tax, benefits, and time data processing issues.
Partner with business stakeholders to design enterprise structures, workflow automations, and process enhancements in compliance with US labor regulations.
Requirements:
Proven hands-on track record in SAP HCM / US Payroll implementations and production support.
In-depth expertise in PCRs, schema modifications, PA, OM, and Time Evaluation.
Strong functional grasp of US payroll processing, tax rules, and HR policies.
SAP HCM certification is a plus.
