What You'll Do
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software solutions throughout the SDLC.
Build high-quality, maintainable applications that meet business and user requirements.
Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
Enhance and refactor existing systems to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
Troubleshoot production issues and support critical business applications.
Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD processes, and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Participate in code reviews and help drive software quality standards.
Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge across the team.
What They're Looking For
3+ years of professional software development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field preferred.
Experience working within Agile development teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Interest in building scalable applications and continuously improving engineering practices.
