Job Title: Investment Banking Managing Director - REMOTE
Overview: We are currently working with a leading middle-market M&A advisory platform looking to add multiple Managing Directors across several industry verticals. The firm is actively investing in growth and seeks senior bankers with established books of business who are looking to leverage a collaborative platform, experienced deal execution support, and strong market presence to further accelerate transaction activity. Ideal candidates will have deep industry relationships, a demonstrated ability to generate revenue, and experience advising founder-owned, private equity-backed, and corporate clients on strategic transactions.
This Managing Director will be responsible for:
Originating new M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements
Developing and maintaining relationships with business owners, executives, private equity investors, and strategic acquirers
Leading transaction execution from initial engagement through closing
Serving as a trusted advisor to clients on strategic and financial matters
Expanding the firm's presence within a designated industry vertical
Mentoring and developing junior investment banking professionals
Collaborating with internal sector teams to deliver best-in-class client solutions
Ideal Experience:
Current Managing Director, Director, or Senior Vice President with a strong origination track record
10+ years of investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance experience
Established relationships within Business Services, Technology, Healthcare, Industrials, Consumer, or Aerospace & Defense sectors
Proven ability to source, market, and close middle-market transactions
Experience advising founder-owned, private equity-backed, and corporate clients
Strong leadership, business development, and client management skills
