Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of software engineering/development experience (or equivalent).
3+ years working as a technical lead or architect in cloud-native or modernization initiatives.
Hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, Java, C#).
Experience transforming legacy applications (Java, .NET, etc.) into cloud-native microservices.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices design patterns.
Strong client-facing communication skills, with experience delivering technical presentations and engaging with business/technical stakeholders.
Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro OpenCode, or equivalent).
Professional services or consulting experience, including direct client delivery.
Familiarity with UI/UX collaboration and integration into architecture.
Experience working with global or distributed engineering teams.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience delivering production-grade applications.
Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and modern software engineering practices.
Experience leading engineering teams or projects, with the ability to mentor and guide other developers.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/logging tools.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating across cross-functional teams and time zones.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with high-availability, data-intensive, or search/aggregation platforms is a plus.
