Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and drive data-informed decisions.
Solid grounding in Statistics to design experiments, perform hypothesis testing, and ensure rigor in data-driven insights.
Experience with Data Modeling, including building and maintaining data structures that support reporting and advanced analytics.
Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Proficiency with analytics and BI tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Excel, Tableau/Power BI or similar) and experience working with large, multi-source datasets.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
Experience in online marketplaces, job platforms, or similar data-rich digital products is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.

Advanced SQL skills with experience querying, integrating and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources

Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools
Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analytical findings for business audience
Knowledge of Word, Excel and similar software applications
How You’ll Make an Impact
Perform advanced exploratory and root-cause analysis across customer interaction, operational and transactional data to identify key drivers, trends and improvement opportunities.
Leverage AI/NLP-enabled analytical techniques, including text classification, clustering, semantic analysis and large language models (LLMs), to accelerate insight generation from customer interactions.
Deliver actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations that clearly articulate the magnitude of the opportunity and recommended actions.
Validate analytical and AI-generated outputs through data quality checks, sample reviews and business validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Develop and maintain documentation for analytical methodologies, business definitions, taxonomies, data sources and quality standards to ensure repeatability and continuity.
Integrate data from multiple sources to generate comprehensive reporting elements.
