Are you an HR professional who enjoys being on the ground, not just behind a desk? We're looking for someone to own back-end HR across our showrooms, warehouse and corporate office in Vijayawada.

What your day will look like
: ✅ Managing attendance, shifts, leave and overtime for showroom, warehouse and office team
s ✅ Preparing monthly payroll inputs and working closely with Account
s ✅ Being the go-to person for employee concerns and resolving them fairl
y ✅ Visiting our showrooms and warehouse to stay connected with the tea
m ✅ Supporting hiring, onboarding and exit formalitie
s ✅ Handling HR letters, employee records, PF/ESI and HR report
s
You'll fit right in if you
: 🔹 Have 3–6 years of HR experience (retail is a big plus
) 🔹 Know attendance, payroll and PF/ESI inside ou
t 🔹 Are comfortable with Excel and HRMS/biometric system
s 🔹 Speak fluent Telugu, with working English and Hind
i 🔹 Can stay calm, fair and firm with people issue
s 🔹 Hold a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business or Commerce (MBA/HR certification is a bonus
)
