Role Description The Business Coaching Specialist is a contract role based in Greater London with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-person sessions with flexible work-from-home hours. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing one-to-one and group business coaching, helping clients develop business plans, refine their value propositions, and set achievable growth goals. The specialist will assess business challenges, design tailored action plans, and support clients in areas such as marketing, sales strategy, and operational efficiency. The role involves facilitating workshops, tracking client progress, and providing constructive feedback to help clients maintain momentum and confidence. Collaboration with the wider Female-Founders UK team to align coaching programs with organizational objectives and client needs is essential.
Qualifications
Strong Business Coaching and Coaching skills to support clients in setting goals, overcoming challenges, and building confidence.
Business Planning expertise, including experience in creating business models, financial projections, and strategic roadmaps.
Team Leadership skills to facilitate group sessions, workshops, and peer-support environments.
Sales experience with the ability to guide clients in sales strategy, pipeline development, and customer relationship management.
Proven experience working with start-ups, small businesses, or entrepreneurs, ideally in advisory or consulting roles.
Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with a supportive and inclusive coaching style.
Ability to manage multiple client engagements, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within agreed timelines.
Comfort with hybrid working, including conducting sessions in Greater London and remotely using digital collaboration tools.
Relevant certifications in business coaching, mentoring, or related fields are advantageous.
