Role: Gen AI Developer
Location: Pune
Experience: 5 - 10 Years.
Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) (B. Tech preferred)
Job Role
In this role the GenAI Developer will build LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows (RAG, tool/function-calling, evaluation/guardrails) that integrate with enterprise systems and data securely and reliably.
Skills:
Strong programming in Python and/or .NET/JavaScript; clean code, debugging, and performance • GenAI fundamentals: LLMs (Gemini / Open AI), prompting, RAG, embeddings, context windows, token/cost awareness • Integration: REST APIs, OAuth2, JSON, webhooks; basic cloud services usage • Data/security: PII handling, secrets management, logging, and access controls • SDLC: Git, code reviews, CI/CD basics, Agile delivery
Frameworks: Lang Chain / Semantic Kernel / LlamaIndex; vector stores (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, etc.) • Observability: tracing, prompt/version control, latency & cost monitoring • Experience building UI/chat experiences and deploying containerized services
Responsibilities:
Develop GenAI features: prompts, tool/function calling, agents, and workflow orchestration (plan → act → verify) • Build RAG pipelines: chunking, embeddings, retrieval, grounding, and citation-ready responses • Integrate with APIs and data sources (REST/GraphQL, databases, files, SharePoint/ServiceNow, Databricks, etc.) • Implement evaluation, safety and quality controls: tests, red-teaming, hallucination handling, and prompt/version management • Collaborate with product/SMEs to convert use-cases to user stories; document design and support releases

Step 2: On the I Begin homepage, click on Login (Three dots/lines at top right corner of the homepage to get the option)
Step 3: Click on New User (Register with us)
Step 4: Select "IT" in Area of Interest and complete the registration. (Fill in the details)
Step 5: Once completed, your TCS EP ID would be generated which starts with EP2026CNXXXXXXX. Step 6: You will be able to see your EP ID after your login to the I Begin website
