Regional Executive Vice President
I. Position Overview
The Regional Executive Vice President is responsible for leading the company's overall business operations and strategic execution within a specific country, region, or market.
This role typically oversees regional business strategy, revenue growth, operational management, market expansion, customer relations, team building, and financial performance. The incumbent coordinates strategies, resources, and execution between headquarters and the regional organization, ensuring that regional business objectives align with the company's overall strategy.

Develop and execute regional business development strategies and annual operating plans.
Adapt the regional implementation of the company's global strategy to the local market environment.
Analyze regional market trends, the competitive landscape, and business opportunities.
Identify key markets and strategic priorities for regional business development.
2. Regional Business Management
Provide comprehensive oversight of regional business operations and performance.
Manage regional sales, marketing, operations, and customer-related activities.
Ensure regional business activities align with company policies and strategic objectives.
Promptly identify and resolve major issues affecting regional operations.
3. Revenue and Profit Management
Take responsibility for regional revenue, profit, and operational targets.
Formulate plans for regional sales and business growth.
Monitor key metrics such as revenue, profit margins, costs, and cash flow.
Drive sustained business growth and improve operational efficiency within the region.
4. Market Expansion
Identify new regional markets and business opportunities.

5. Customer and Strategic Relationships
Manage relationships with key and strategic regional customers.

6. Regional Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day regional operations and business execution.
Optimize regional business processes, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
Ensure the regional organization meets the company's service and operational standards.
Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of regional operational systems.
7. Financial and Budget Management
Oversee the regional annual budget and operational planning.
Manage regional operating costs and resource allocation.
Analyze budget execution and financial performance.
Ensure regional resource allocation aligns with business strategies and financial goals. 8. Cross-functional and Headquarters Collaboration
Serve as a key management link between headquarters and the regional organization.

9. Regional Team Leadership
Lead the regional senior management team and various functional departments.

10. Risk and Compliance Management

III. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience managing cross-regional, multi-market, or international business operations.
Familiarity with sales, market expansion, operations, and financial management.
Strong capabilities in business analysis and strategic planning.
Experience managing large teams and cross-functional organizations.
Excellent leadership, business negotiation, and executive-level communication skills.
Ability to adapt to cross-cultural and complex market environments.
An MBA or relevant advanced management education is a plus.
