Full Stack Engineer

We’re building Rathh — an AI-first mobility platform, and I’m looking to expand my core engineering team.
At Rathh, we are not building just another ride-hailing app.
We’re building an ecosystem of multiple hero products, connected through a single central system, with AI deeply embedded into how the platform operates, scales and evolves.
I’m looking for a hands-on builder to work directly with me and take complete ownership of our mobile and product surfaces.
What you’ll actually do:
• Own our core mobile products (Rider & Chauffeur apps built with Expo/React Native & TypeScript) and web interfaces end-to-end.
• Work downstream from our core backend architecture—integrating strictly typed APIs, building fluid interfaces, and shipping fast.
• Obsess over the details: animations, offline states, GPS tracking reliability, and thorough manual testing on real devices before pushing to production.
• Build and experiment with our AI initiatives (including MCP tools and AI-assisted workflows).
What we're looking for:
• 2–5 years of real-world experience building and shipping production apps with React Native (Expo) and TypeScript/React.
• High agency: You don't wait for a QA team or a product manager to tell you something feels broken. You test your own code relentlessly.
• Experience in mobility, logistics, or real-time hyper-local apps is a massive plus.
• Based in or open to relocating to Delhi NCR (we believe on-ground mobility products need close collaboration).
