Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Human Resources Executive. The HR Executive will manage daily HR operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and address employee relations matters. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, supporting talent acquisition, fostering positive employee relations, and providing strategic support for workforce planning and organizational culture.
Qualifications
Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
Proficiency in Employee Relations and understanding of HR Policies
Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) processes and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Experience in a tech or platform-based organization is an asset
