About Serin
Serin is a B2B SaaS platform that automates first-round hiring for recruiting teams. Serin conducts full AI-led voice interviews, screens and scores every candidate against a role's requirements, verifies answers are genuinely the candidate's own with real-time cheat detection, and delivers a structured evaluation report — so hiring teams can interview everyone instead of a shortlist. Serin integrates with existing ATS workflows and runs on a simple credit-based pricing model. We're currently in private beta, already working with early customers, and preparing for a wider go-to-market push.
The Role
We're a technical founding team without in-house sales expertise, and we need someone to own revenue generation from the ground up. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build a sales motion from scratch at an early-stage AI startup, not execute an existing playbook.
What You'll Do
Identify and prospect target buyers: HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, recruiting agencies, and founders at startups/SMBs who run high applicant volume
Build and manage your own outbound pipeline using LinkedIn, cold email, and community/network outreach — there is no inbound lead flow yet
Run product demos and walk prospects through Serin's interview automation, scoring, and integrity features
Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: outreach, discovery, demo, objection handling, close
Convert prospects into paying customers across Serin's credit-based plans
Relay market feedback on pricing, packaging, and positioning directly to the founding team
Represent Serin in relevant HR-tech, recruiting, and startup communities/events
Help build repeatable sales collateral (pitch deck, demo script, objection-handling doc) as you learn what works
What We're Looking For
Prior experience selling B2B SaaS, ideally into HR, recruiting, or talent-tech buyers
Track record of closing deals independently, without an existing lead-gen engine behind you
Ability to explain a technical, AI-driven product clearly to non-technical buyers (HR managers, founders)
Comfortable working with an early-stage, still-evolving product and pricing model
Strong self-starter — you'll be the only person owning this function
Prior startup or 0-to-1 sales experience is a strong plus
Compensation
Commission-based on closed revenue; no fixed base salary
A limited monthly draw against commission may be available for the right candidate, to be discussed during the interview process
Equity or advisor shares are negotiable for someone who takes full ownership of the sales function long-term
