Performance Marketing Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Performance Marketing Associate based in India.
This role offers the opportunity to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns for leading B2C and B2B businesses.
You’ll contribute to the full campaign lifecycle, from strategy and setup through optimization, analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement.
The position focuses heavily on lower-funnel marketing, customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and retargeting.
You’ll work across paid search, display, and social media channels while managing budgets against defined ROI targets.
Data analysis and experimentation will be central to identifying trends, testing new approaches, and improving campaign efficiency.
You’ll collaborate with an international, diverse, and agile team while developing deeper expertise in technical performance marketing topics.
