Payroll Administrator (18 Month Contract)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Payroll Administrator (18 Month Contract) based in Canada.
This role supports the day-to-day administration of payroll and related accounting activities across Canada, the U.S., and international locations.
You will report to the Payroll Manager and play an important role in ensuring payroll is accurate, timely, compliant, and well documented.
The position combines payroll processing, reconciliations, accounting, reporting, and employee support.
You will also contribute to month-end and year-end activities, audits, incentive calculations, and equity administration.
As the organization grows, you will have opportunities to improve workflows and introduce greater efficiency through better systems and automation.
The environment is fully remote, collaborative, and fast-paced, with exposure to cross-functional teams and multi-entity financial operations.
