Customer Service Representative 2

Summary:
Analyzes condition monitoring data (S·O·S, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history) and provides relevant recommendations for the customer as indicated by the data.
Responsibilities:
Analyze condition monitoring data (e.g., S·O·S, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history).
Provide equipment and/or operation recommendations to customer-facing Dealer representatives derived from condition monitoring data.
Build collaborative relationships with other condition monitoring personnel (e.g., S·O·S Interpreter) and customer-facing Dealer representatives.
Use software tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access) to analyze condition monitoring data.
Provide information for condition monitoring lead tracking and resolution.
Prepare written reports and recommendations as required by the Dealership.
Communicate verbal recommendations as required by the Dealer.
Preferred Skills:
Field/Troubleshooting experience (Service Engineer) in Machine, Automobile, and Construction Industries would be an added advantage.
