We are a global leader in the technology arena and theres nothing that can stop us from growing together.Experience Range: 6 – 8 YrsLocation : BangaloreWhat we are looking forMust Have· 6 to 9 years of strong experience in Ivanti administration (L2/L3) supporting enterprise environments · Hands-on experience with Ivanti modules such as Ivanti Application Device Control/ Ivanti Environment Manager/ Ivanti Management Console Ivanti Endpoint Manager / Ivanti Neurons (as applicable) including agent management, device inventory, policy/configuration, and reporting · Strong knowledge of patch management lifecycle (assessment, deployment, validation, rollback) and software distribution practices · Experience troubleshooting agent communication issues, failed deployments, scan failures, content replication/distribution issues, and endpoint compliance gaps · Good understanding of Windows OS internals (Windows 10/11) and basic server concepts; ability to interpret logs and event traces · Knowledge of security best practices for endpoint management, including least privilege, segregation of duties, and audit readiness · Experience with ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem), coordinating with multiple teams, and owning escalations end-to-end · Exposure to PowerShell/scripting, automation of routine activities, and operational reporting is preferred Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time educationInterested candidates kindly respond with your updated CV for further discussion Disclaimer: We encourage you to register at www.tcs.com/careers for exploring an exciting career with TCS.
