Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM solutions.
Configure and support Workday modules including:
Core HCM
Absence Management
Compensation
Benefits
Talent & Performance
Recruitment
Organization Management
Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis.
Configure business processes, security roles, reports, and dashboards.
Support Workday implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.
Collaborate with integration teams for inbound and outbound integrations.
Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
Support data conversion, data validation, and migration activities
