This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a QA Engineer (Service Desk) based in Netherlands.
This role combines quality assurance expertise with hands-on investigation and service desk responsibilities in a fast-moving fintech environment.
You will investigate customer-reported issues and work closely with technical teams to drive them through to resolution.
Your work will directly contribute to the reliability, performance, and quality of payment and financial technology solutions.
You’ll analyze APIs, logs, databases, documentation, and historical incidents to identify root causes and product behavior.
The position offers broad exposure to web applications, payment systems, integrations, and end-to-end software development processes.
You’ll work in a remote-first, international environment where ownership, analytical thinking, and proactive communication are highly valued.
