Position Summary
Everest Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of engaging virtual and in-person events, including webinars, LinkedIn Live programs, conferences, and other event-driven marketing initiatives. As a member of the digital marketing team, this individual will coordinate event logistics, manage project timelines, support promotional activities, and help deliver consistent, high-quality experiences that strengthen audience engagement and contribute to B2B growth.
The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented with strong writing and communication skills and a genuine interest in digital marketing and events. This individual should be comfortable collaborating across teams while independently managing multiple projects from planning through execution. Success in this role requires initiative, strong follow-through, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Digital Marketing & Event Management Skills
Digital Skills
Experience setting up digital and live-streaming events.
Webinar or live event platform experience.
Comfortable working in multiple online platforms to support live streaming and other digital content and various event formats.
Experience editing websites using CMS systems, such as WordPress.
Ability to use data and performance insights to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
Event Management Skills
Strong event management, project management, and execution skills.
Experience managing campaigns that support B2B marketing objectives.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for event success and audience engagement.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities across concurrent events.
Comfortable managing all stages of the event lifecycle, from setup and promotion through post-event follow-up.
Knowledge of social media platforms and community engagement.
Strong writing, content creation, and editing skills.
Comfortable adapting content for digital channels, including social media, email subject lines, and promotional headlines, to drive engagement and response.
Demonstrated willingness to test new approaches, evaluate results, and apply insights to improve audience engagement and event performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage digital events end to end and support the execution of in-person events.
Serve as the primary point of contact for event speakers, coordinating slides, calls to action, and post-event follow-up.
Project manage digital events across teams and regions, engaging stakeholders early and establishing clear roles and responsibilities.
Partner with Content Marketing and Visual Arts to coordinate pre- and post-event activities, including invitations, landing pages, creative assets, and social media promotion.
Manage the full event project cycle, maintaining detailed work plans, timelines, and updates in the internal project management system.
Monitor event campaign performance, prepare reports and recommendations, and share insights with senior stakeholders during monthly reviews.
Edit and review promotional content to improve response rates, engagement, and awareness for digital events.
Stay current on changes across digital, social, and search platforms, and communicate relevant opportunities and implications across the organization.
Use data and performance insights to recommend new ideas and opportunities for continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
Marketing exposure/experience through coursework, internships or projects.
Experience with web editing, digital platforms, event platforms and social media live streams.
Demonstrated interest in digital marketing that results in clear, measurable business impact.
Ability to create short- and long-plans and execute.
Experience working within a small team whose members have overlapping responsibilities and complementary skill sets.
Excellent project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize activities with limited direction.
Motivated by a fast-paced, entrepreneurial-like atmosphere, where you can make significant contributions.
Confidence working with colleagues and stakeholders across the globe, including marketing team members, sales leaders, analysts, consultants, industry partners, and senior executives.

Compensation:
The expected base salary range for this role is $50,000-$60,000 (USD) annually. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary Everest Group reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. The actual base salary offered will depend on job-related factors, including the candidate’s work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, responsibilities, internal equity, and business needs.
Other Compensation:
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus under the Everest Group bonus plan, based on individual and company performance.
