High-Volume Onboarding Specialist

The High-Volume Onboarding Specialist will help new professional tax preparer clients successfully set up and begin using software. This role serves as a key point of contact during the initial onboarding and post-purchase process.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through software installation and initial setup.
Assist with account creation and EFIN documentation uploads.
Support data migration from previous software providers.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting.
Deliver a positive onboarding experience focused on customer satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact during the initial post-purchase phase.
Communicate with customers through phone, email, and web-based tools.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
🔹 Required Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience.
Strong technical aptitude with software installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
Workday experience required.
Experience with onboarding processes such as offer letters, background checks, I-9s, and I-9 ID verification calls.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-first mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of compliance requirements within taxation, finance, or other regulated industries.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
