📌 Key Responsibilities
Own and grow your BPL book of business
Develop and maintain relationships with real estate investors and broker partners
Structure investment-property financing solutions
Drive loan originations across investment-focused products
Conduct outbound prospecting and business development
Utilize company-provided leads along with your existing network
Partner with operations, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently
Leverage technology and AI tools to qualify, structure, and close opportunities
Consistently work toward and exceed production goals

Have an established investor network
Bring a verified, transferable book of business
Have strong outside-sales and business-development experience
